Leading publisher of mobile games and personalization applications is seeking a detail-oriented person, fluent in technology to join its Quality Assurance department in the role of a QA Engineer. This position reports to the Director of Quality Assurance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Test applications (on handsets) based on carrier requirements and test plans
- Coordinate with QA, developers, and marketing
- Ensure that applications are available on all submitted handsets after launch and on an ongoing basis
Pluses:
- Previous experience with software quality assurance and certification
- Familiarity with mobile application development and/or QA
- Experience with BREW/NSTL certification
- Experience with carrier application submissions
- Programming/scripting experience, including Ruby, PHP, Python, etc.
